Getting started

Three steps, about five minutes. You will need the console and an invite code.

  1. Link your Microsoft account

Open the console and choose Connect account. You are handed to Microsoft’s official login page, so Cryo never sees your password and stores only the token Microsoft returns. Sign in with the account that owns Minecraft Java.

Accounts → + Connect account → Microsoft login
  2. Pick a server

Add the address and port of a server you already play on. Cryo pings it, shows the MOTD and player count, and saves it to your list. Check the rules first, since some servers do not allow idle clients.

    play.example.net:25565
  3. Start a session

Assign the account to the server and press start. The session moves to Cryo’s machines, so you can close the console whenever you like. Health, food, chat and inventory stay readable from any device, and one press stops it.

What a session can and cannot do

Can

Cannot
